CoroConstruction is based on the Coromandel Peninsula. We specialise in high-volume residential construction and commercial projects across the Coromandel and Hauraki Plains.
About
We build in the same communities we live in. That matters to us - the quality of what we build reflects on the place we call home.
Whether you are planning a large residential development or a commercial project, talk to us early. The earlier we are involved, the better the outcome.
The Big Picture
Our People
Our team includes designers, builders, project managers, and a quantity surveyor. Everyone plays a hands-on role in delivering projects, so you'll always deal directly with the people making it happen.
Our Relationships
Over 15 years we have built strong working relationships with the Coromandel's best contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Those relationships mean better pricing, faster scheduling, and fewer surprises on site.
Our Culture
We build in the same communities we live in, so every project carries our name and reputation. That's why we're committed to delivering quality workmanship, clear communication, and homes and projects we're proud to stand behind.
Core Values
At CoroConstruction, people come first. We value strong relationships, earned trust, and the communities we work in. Creating a positive environment for our team and partners allows us to do our best work and deliver better outcomes for every project.
